NAVL is one of only five providers to receive this prestigious award in the category, earning top marks in Information Technology, Customer Service, and Equipment & Operations. Additionally, NAVL achieved the highest overall weighted value rating across all attributes, with a score of 51.45 (compared to the average of 43.79 among the five winners).

This marks the 41st year that Logistics Management has issued the Quest for Quality Awards, based on the most extensive poll of its kind within the transportation and logistics industries. The 2024 awards were determined from 3,175 survey responses, with companies being rated across five key attributes: Performance, Value, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Equipment & Operations.
